I have worked with Cregan Architecture as a property developer and for our own household application. I was extremely pleased with the way he worked with us on our own residential conversion. Not only did David understand our architectural style he was able to advise on cost and buildability – so we were always acting within our budget.

Dave then helped to secure planning for a front storey extension and whilst the planners made our life difficult, it was because of the level of 3D modelling that our plans could be well understood and visually interpreted by the planners. The presentation of the plans greatly assisted the planning process.

After securing planning the architect secured a swift building regulations application and approval which helped us with our project start date and overall timescales. Dave was proactive in speaking with the building control officers, was very quick to respond, and had good relationships which meant a speedy resolution. have and will always recommend Cregan Architecture for any range of projects.
